What is your return policy?

What are the shipping costs?
Every order includes free shipping. No minimums, no hidden conditions, just simple, stress-free delivery straight to your door.
When will I get my order?
For orders stocked in one of our warehouses, standard delivery typically takes 4–9 business days. Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time on the Track Order page.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been submitted for fulfillment, we can cancel it. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing costs, as these fees are not refunded to us by Shopify when an order is canceled.
We often submit orders for fulfillment within a few hours, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we’ll be able to process the cancellation.
